Stone Belt in Bloomington is looking for a dedicated person to fill the role of an Employment Consultant. As an Employment Consultant, you would assess workplace skills for individuals with disabilities to assist them in obtaining compatible employment. Employment Consultants are also responsible for building natural support in the workplace for a client, which would create successful long-term placements. Being comfortable speaking to employers is a must. Networking, confidence, and working as part of a team are all critical skills for this role.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree or a High School Diploma plus five years of relevant work experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. Teaching, sales background, or previous experience working in the disability field is a plus. Valid driver’s license, reliable car, and good driving record required.
