At Stone Belt, our Site Supervisors are vital to the smooth operation of our Supported Living Program. As a Site Supervisor with Stone Belt, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of assigned sites and lead a team of Supported Living staff. By maintaining knowledge of clients’ rights and Individualized Support Plans (ISPs), you will provide for your assigned clients' health, safety, and well-being.

You would likely be an excellent fit for the Site Supervisor role if you can effectively lead a group of people, possess strong organization and time management skills, and are confident in your conflict resolution abilities. Not a morning person? No problem! Our clients have busy schedules during the day, so the Site Supervisor works weekday afternoons and evenings - you will need to prefer working in that time frame!

Because this is a management position, we seek someone with experience working with individuals with disabilities or a college education in a related field. If you are ready to take the step into management but still want to continue supporting individuals with disabilities to achieve their goals, this is the perfect opportunity!

At Stone Belt, our clients come from all walks of life - and so does our team. We hire great people from a wide variety of backgrounds because we know EVERYONE has unique perspectives and skills they can use to improve our team. If you share our values and want to make a difference in your community, we'd love to work with you.
