The Regional Associate Director of Supervised Group Living (SGL) assists with the planning, developing, managing and expanding of Stone Belt’s group home program in accordance with all state, federal, and agency rules, regulations and policies. The position is responsible for program coordination and monitoring of fiscal-related activities. Underlying all functions is the mission to prepare, empower and support those we serve to lead richer, fuller, and more independent lives. The Regional Associate Director – SGL is directly supervised by the Executive Regional Director.
To qualify for this leadership position, you should possess either a Bachelor's degree and five (5) years of experience in a social service agency, or related field; OR an equivalent combination of educational and work experience. Management and supervisory experience required. In addition, our Associate Directors must possess training and experience as a Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP) that includes at least one year of experience working directly with persons with intellectual disabilities or other developmental disabilities.
