The Pre-Employment Transition Instructor has an hourly wage of $16. As the Pre-Employment Transition Instructor, you will coordinate with students, teachers, and families to develop a customized plan of needed services for each individual. These services include career counseling, job exploration, work experiences, counseling on post-secondary education, and instructing the students on self-advocacy. Once a plan is in place, you will direct the implementation of services in a variety of settings; in the classroom, in the community, in groups, one-on-one, and more!
The ideal candidate for this position will possess a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and have at least two years of experience in training people with disabilities.
